Two Argentinian dramatic artists will run clown workshops in Cartagena from Tuesday until Thursday.
Ana Esmok Lew and Mary Estancielo, both graduates of Buenos Aires School of Dramatic Arts, will hold the sessions at the Teatro Recula del Ovejo, in the city's historic center, between 5pm and 8pm each day.
Esmok Lew said, "Clowning is a discovery for all of us, it means accessing that inner child. It differs from theatre because it has 'the look of the public,' that is to say clown actors break the imaginary boundary of the theater and look at the audience."
Anyone interested can attend the theater, located on Calle de la Serrezuela, in the neighbourhood of San Diego.
