Colombian actor John Leguizamo will star in a sequel to one of the most successful Colombian movies of all time, reported magazine Cromos Monday.
Released in 2010, the hit comedy "El Paseo" was one of the highest-grossing films in Colombian history. It tells the story of a father taking his family on a roadtrip to the Colombian coast.
In the sequel, Leguizamo plays the dad in a story about a completely new family.
Filming in Cartagena is set to begin in May and the movie is expected to be released later this year.
