Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos invited Edward Niño Hernandez, officially the world's shortest man, to the presidential palace.
According to RCN Radio, Santos was told that it was one of Hernandez' dreams to meet the president and, touched by the Bogota resident's wish, invited him for a visit.
However, Hernandez told press agency Associated Press that the person he wants to meet is former President Alvaro Uribe, who left office in August.
