Colombian designers are currently showing their wares at Russia's "Collection Premiere Moscow," Russia's most important textile, fashion and design fair.
The fair, which takes place in Russia's capital city, Moscow, encompasses 517,000 square feet of fashion and design from over 31 countries around the world.
"We consider this trade fair to be one of the most important in the world. It's the third time we've been here and we believe that it is a very big market," said Andrei Agreda, director of Proexport Colombia in Russia.
Six of Colombia's most highly regarded designers are currently representing the country with visions of breaking into new markets in western Europe. The wears of Colombian designers Ricardo Pava, Bettina Spitz, Tina Nuemann, Andrea Castro, Mercedes Salazar and Viviana Alba can all currently be found on display.
