Shakira will be dazzling in couture in Vanity Fair's October issue, several media reported Friday.
In a photoshoot by Michael Roberts, the Colombian singer showcases designer looks by Dior, Chanel, Gaultier, and Cartier jewels. After a year in the studio wearing flipflops, she said that she enjoyed the change.
The spread is accompanied by an article about Shakira's latest album. Of it, the singer says, "I have music from India, the Middle East, dancehall, a little bit of Colombian influences. I always loved disco, so the new record has disco elements, but also house—it’s electropop."
She Wolf will be released in October by Epic Records.
